His scheduled arrival time was 0730, he showed up at 0725, he went right to work, he was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. He never wasted any time and knew that parts that I needed. He also made sure that he cleaned up after he was done. I would certainly recommend Antz, and Ken, to anybody who needs their furnaces cleaned and serviced.
We had a leaking toilet. Ken was prompt for service appt. He installed a new toilet despite he was working in an old farmhouse and had some issues with sizing. Courteous. Professional. Definitely recommend this company.
