Customer service at Rinaldi’s is the absolute worst. Brought our 2016 ram back twice to have the power window repaired and there is still a loud rattle in the drivers door. The mechanic’s attitude was “yea they do that”
Service department can take walk-in oil changes and rotations!!
Great customer service
stay clear of these people, once you are a customer you become a second class citizen. customer satisfaction means nothing. i made a mistake and bought the wrong vehicle for my family and me, and after i was told to come in to "explore my options" i wasnt even given the respect to sit down and discuss my dissatisfaction for the truck i bought, i was just told trade it in after a year or two and was sent on my way.
